I have the Panny PT-AE900U and was maybe gonna change to the AX100 when my lamp goes. It's done over 6000 eco hrs now and still going strong.

I had seen ads for the AX100, but after reading that review i'll have to look else where as it has no RGB scart which my AE900 has

projectors and screens have become so affordable i really wonder why anyone having the space should bother with a big flat TV nowadays
yea really nice mate , was it much hassle installing it , i mean did you have to mount the screen to the ceiling and was it agro ? also did you think about mounting the projecter to the ceiling too ?

            Thanks

              Thanks Zooki, looks Swwwweeet!

I'm holding out here as the Sony and M86/87 are all tumbling in prices, (As is the stock)

Can't really afford one until March, so I hope they don't all sell out!

That lot must be a dust magnet ! I've noticed how my M86 attracts it already.

yep, mounting the projector to the ceiling was my original plan. but the needed vga cable length for a proper and decent installation would have been too long, this causing a significant loss of image quality. i will wait with the realization until i get me a new AV receiver which will then serve as video amplifier and switch at the same time.

fixing the screen and constructing the shelf for the projector took me only a few hours, so no hassle at all
