I don't really know rufus too well, but think you need to keep the rushdown up a bit more, and make sure you punish any blocked balls (as you started doing later on).

Once I'm out of EX meter I've got very little defence, so get me cornered and don't let up. Once I'm in a corner I think you can punish ex up-balls even on hit however you like pretty much, same probably goes for horizontal ones too.
I do always love sim vs rufus, can just turn from one way to another so quick!

I finally managed to get a win against your Blanka. I doubt I could to it consistently though, he's just so hard to hit.

yeah ggs, one of these days I might remember that rufus' ultra 2 punishes fireballs...I doubt it thought.

The Ultra 2 is indeed a mighty weapon for punishing fireballs and the like. It's hard to time it right though as it needs to be done very early, I miss alot.

i'd be game for doing the evening tourn. mode matches. it seems to be an under used mode unless you have a party already setup, as i was in it the other day and there were absolutly no matches

I still think a tourney mode session would be a good idea but haven't had a free night to arrange it...hopefully will in the next couple of weeks and will set up a separate thread for it
