Just discussing stuff with Wedge before logging off and he suggested everyone posts what current jobs they have levelled to see where everyone is at and what there plans could be.

I think this is an attempt at creating a greater sense of community and teamwork within the LS which does seem to be somewhat lakcking present. Everyone seems to be doing there own thing with little to no opportunity (or desire ) for overlap (I am fully aware that I myself am guilty of this).

So anyway, this is what I have so far:

WAR - lvl27 (this is obviously my main sub for my main NIN so does get levelled on a semi-regular basis. However, at my current NIN level this is good for a further 9-10 levels so wasn't planning to go back to it for a while)

BLM - lvl15 (not really interested in levelling this for now. If I did, I would probably have to level my WHM or RDM in order to have a viable Support Job for BLM and I think the expenditure required to do this is more than I am willing to do right now).

THF - lvl30 (my plan after NIN was to go back to the THF with which I started and go the THF/NIN route . Again there would be cost implications in obtaining equipment but they would not be so great as with going for a mage class. May be willing to give this a try if the situation was right).

NIN - lvl45 (my main job. Obviously up for levelling at practically any time (gil and Ninja Tools permitting.)

That's all I have. MNK, WHM, RDM, PLD, BST, RNG, DRG and SAM are all lvl1 whilst I have yet to unlock DRK, BRD or SMN.

WAR - Lv15. Leveled this so I'd have a decent support job for THF and NIN untill I reached Lv30 in those 2 classes. No intention of leveling this class any further.

NIN - Lv22. This is what I'm currently leveling, getting it to Lv30 so that I can level THF/NIN to 60, I'll go back to NIN and get it to 37 if I ever do break 60.

THF - Lv31. My main job and I love it. Gonna go as far as I can with it.

WHM - Lv3. I leveled this to 3 'cause I had a bit of spare time waiting for some things to sell on the AH. Why? 'Cause you get Dia at Lv3 and I can hunt things like Leaping Lizzy even with a crappy support job aslong as I have the fast pull. I plan on leveling this to around Lv20, maybe more, for Sneak/Invis and all that so I can get around dungeons without aggro and open coffer chests.

No other jobs leveled, no other advanced jobs unlocked either. I'll level Ranger at some stage for widescan and besides it's a fun class which both nin and thf will compliment.

Samurai - lvl 42, it my main job, i haven't leveled much recently stuck right inbetween the Ls with tox,half and Rare ahead and wedge and nbk behind, been in a stasis hoping to get help for AF1 stuff, last nights Jeuno 'asking' didn't fair to well(like always, i think next time i'll hang around the Li'tah for other sam af1 parties and leech of them), at least its giving the chance the do over stuff (get money together for deft rings(sniper ring = 1 million for 2, deft is cheaper for dex +3 at 100k), and alchemy(lvl26))

Monk - lvl 31, my first job would be still willing to lvl it, being the eqiupment can be easily borrowed from my War and Sam.

War - lvl 25, i just leveled it to sub for Sam and mnk, i'll need ot take to lvl 37 at some point

Thf - lvl 18, more of a job for farming(or to sub for farming) im more then willing to level it any time

Pal - lvl 10, during my wanning period with my sam, i completed the pal quest and tok about having ago at it,

Rng - lvl 6, for farming and nm hunting really.

Also need to unlock Drk(maybe today being i have the day off work), brd and Smn(lol that last 1's unlikely

Black Mage - level 18. Until 2 days ago I have never played as anything but a black mage, and I love it. I will be taking this one to the top (although I know it will get very difficult having to depend on parties).

Red Mage - level 8. Levelling it currently as a subjob, mainly because I heard it was the best subjob for boosting offensive power in black mages. When I'm doing my mage thing I want to be focused on causing damage, not getting distracted by having to cure people (which I would no doubt suck at anyway, and generate 'real' hate).. so I didn't want to use a white mage sub even though it would give more MP.

I'm going to take the red mage to 10 around Bastok, and then that allows me to get the black mage to 20 in the dunes without being moaned at for not levelling my subjob. Then... who knows? I've just discovered the upper levels in Dangruf Wadi, so I might go up there solo and try and get my lizard egg.

I guess the tank would have a ****load of hate if nothing else

BRD - lvl 36
My main Job, I really want to get this to lvl 40 as soon as possible but recently its been very hard to get a decent party going at crawlers nest.

RDM - lvl 29
I dont really use this much anymore, only when i need to go somewhere with sneak and invisible, not that interested in lvling but probably would if a party was going on.

WHM - lvl 20
This is to be my BRD's sub so im definetely wanting to lvl this.

WAR - lvl 16
This is my sub for Samurai so am going to want to lvl it a bit.

SAM - lvl 10
I am planning to lvl this up quite a bit, I get bored sometimes never being able to actually fight in battle so this job will give me a chance to.

RNG - lvl 9
Another sub for my Samurai, I want to lvl this a bit also.

Abandoned ex-main job. I've got crucial equipment for it (accesories and weapon, i've no armour for it) I'd be willing to level this with yous but be aware it will not be top equipped, nor am I very likely to go farm for better equipment for Mnk.

My new main job. Currently working to farm for 30-39 equipment. I need this one to get to 38, which will catch me up with Mahlory.

[ War - 25 ]
Sub for Paladin and Monk. No need to level it, but it will have to go to 37 at some point. If I play it next I might sub Pal and be a tank first, if not i'll use the dex rings I have from monk and level Greatsword with it.

[ Thf - 16 ]
Sub for Monk/Paladin for farming. I have no equipment for it. Can use this with either Monk or War sub.

[ Rdm - 10 ]
Levelled this to 10 to farm crystals to feed my cooking habit.

[ Brd - 4 ]
Levelled this to 4 to see what it was like. It's one of the jobs I would like to pursue further at some point, any Brd equipment I pick up along the way I keep stored in case I decide to level this one day.

Other jobs unlocked but not levelled: Ninja, Bst

Sturn: I can level with him but only if he has something Mihki hasnt which is unlikely

I wont likely get much higher than that since im going to be lvling Samurai as well.

I think though that with us three PLD, WHM, BRD we would have a good start for a party.

NIN 19 - 1k To Level 20, Couldnt Handle Party Last Night. Leveling As RNG
Sub, Going to 21 [Beetle Armour] Then Leveling RNG to 40+ Not
Looking Forward To Tanking In Yuhtunga/Yhoator With NIN

BLM 17 - Sub For WHM and Useful For Warping When Travelling Back Home

WAR 15 - Sub For NIN, Gonna Have To Level Again Once NIN is 30

MNK 10 - Levelled As Sub For THF and WAR

BST 9 - Tried It For A Little Bit, Not My Thing ATM.

BRD, RDM - Not Levelled Them Yet.

PLD, DRK and SMN - Not Yet Unlocked.

I just lvled SAM and lvled Down again in about 2 minutes, doh.

Got to say though SAM/RNG is a fun job combination, widescan is very useful.
