Got the message about the BCNM, im trying to install FFXI though I just did a clean Vista 64 install yesterday and just looked up on playonlines site and it doesn't look good, support is not confirmed yet for Vista. If however I do have problems with it on pc I will always have the 360 version if need be, so should be fine for say Friday onwards.

Well an interesting week for me, finally given up trying to merit on PLD and I've started RDM. This week gone 13 - 29 on RDM and now just starting BLM again at 25 to get to 29 to share gears and get the sub levelled!

Reckon I might just make 50 before I get back to work!

I've taken up lvling SMN further myself, possibly to 75 (I think this job appeals to me most is that unlike BLM, Blood Pact damage doesn't come from summoning magic, its only affected by level). Sure there's the MP gear that needs buying, but of that there's only a couple of pieces and most of (with the exception of a few rings and that Vermillion cloak) the good stuff is all ex.

Another thing that somewhat amuses me in regards to the job, is the number of people who seem to stare at me in awe when I suddenly produce Diabolos - so many people with SMN as their main job still don't have him, I almost pitty them

I especially liked the bit at the end when someone hit him for over 1200 damage with Burst II ^_^

That fight went more less perfectly though, with everyone who could have stunning a nightmare apart from me who accidentally went too early ><;
