I remember being in an import shop in Edinburgh when the lynx first came out, both mine and my mates jaws were on the floor at blue lightning (i think?) and california games. Shame it didn't live up to what i expected.

That looks almost exactly like the collection that I stupidly sold to cash converters for ?15 back when I was 15. I think I got 50p a game.

A friend from another website, it may be for sale if interested. I only wanted it because of how retro it looked. Let me know if you are.

Since Santa didn't bring me any gaming goodness this year I bought myself a few goodies yesterday.

For Mega CD a few games that were factory sealed until I got my hands on them - Shadow of the Beast II, F1 Circus CD and The Heroic Legend of Arslan.

Two used but mint 360 games, Sega Rally Revo and Bio Shock. On the back of the Sega Rally Revo case it says Custom Soundtrack so I was hoping to add all the original Sega Rally music but where is the option in the game to do this? I can't find it anywhere.

A Sunsoft 50 yen Mega Drive game, Tel Tel Mahjong and finally a free 2010 Subaru calender delivered by hand from the guys at Subaru. I tell you, I'm defiantly getting another Subaru for my next car. Their customer service is next to none or at least it is where I live.

You select it from the Guide. Hit the Guide button (the big 'X' symbol in the middle), go right one and hit "select music", or similar, at the bottom and select the music you want. You can even run the music off a USB stick.

Thanks for the info. Not sure why they just can't add it to the actual game via the optiosn or something

I totally understand your grievance with this - but Microsoft just wouldn't let them. The reason is this: If in future Microsoft releases another new dashboard for 360 and changes the way in which files are accessed, played back, interfaced with in the underlying system the in-game music feature would be broken.

By keeping the music interface within the dash and just overriding the background music like this means that backwards compatiblity in the event of such a situation (replacing the way the music plays in the underlying system) is not a problem at all.

In a nutshell - it's like that so that all games will work with it - always.

Nice find. I found my sealed copy of kirbys adventure in makro of all places about 11 years ago great game and never looked back at my purchase.
what other sealed games does this person have?

Not much retro, but a few interesting games none the less.

Most cost me $10 or less I believe.

Blast Hardbody I hope you enjoy Yakuza. If you like Shenmue then you'll have a lot of fun. Plus the sequel contains some of the best acted and directed moments of character interaction I've ever seen in a video game.
