Ah, I was wondering. I know D-Terminal has the different stages though.

Apparently it's D2 D-Terminal so:

D2 480p (525p)： 720 ? 480 progressive

D2 at one end, component at t'other. There is an official cable available.

Worthwhile do you reckon Daryl? As I said, not intending keeping it long, so don't want to be spending silly money on AV leads.

It'll set you back in the region of ?50, so might be prohibitive if you're not planning on keeping it. It'll only give you the equivalent of RGB unless your games support 480p too.

I won't bother then, the image from S-Video on my projector is pretty good anyway.

Happened to come across a brand new batch of original PlayStation controllers a fortnight ago and decided to pick them up for spares in the future.

On this new and sealed eBay rabbit hole, I watched the Jet Set Radio HD trailer last week and started to reminisce with friends and family over how great the original was. That lead me onto thinking about the Dreamcast again and one idle lunchtime at work, I had a look on eBay for new and sealed stock. ?16 lighter, I brought sealed copies of Jet Set Radio, Virtua Fighter 3TB, a blue VMU along with 2 blister pack sealed Dreamcast Controllers.

Now, I?ve got to decide if I want to buy the console to actually play the bloody things!

I'm still keeping an eye on sealed copies of MSR & Virtua Tennis 2, but should buy a Dreamcast before I get even more.

Why, it has a 60Hz option. My first DC was Pal, and I have more affection for it. When I had the Japanese one last year, I just got massively irked at all the Japanese text in games and wanted the Pal versions!

PAL DC machine is good. Most games are 60hz and everything runs in RGB.

It’s not the 1980’s anymore, god knows why you’re trotting that out!

If you have not got a clue about the regional differences, check this comparison out. The European PAL version comes out on top in their eyes.
