Some super mint Mega Drive games this last few weeks. I ended up with 2 copies of Bad Omen though because one of them had no manual. So the copy without a manual will be given away as a prize on the next Retro Core.
They all look this mint! Well, apart from the Bad Omen without an instruction manual

Some more mint Mega Drive games today. Actually, I only wanted Midnight Resistance but it was part of a 7 "Junk" game set for 1000 yen. True enough that 4 of the games were in a sorry state but these 3 are mint. Midnight Resistance alone is worth at least 2000 yen so I'm well happy. Oh, and the ultimate version of Blade Runner arrived too! I own the DVD box set in the case but this version is the one all true Blade Runner fans will want to see.
Also in the post today was this beauty below and best of all it's almost 100% mint! There's a slight 2cm crack on the side of the case but it's very hard to see. the only problem I have is that it came with no keys so I need to find some or buy a set of those Gamebit screwdrivers to take the back of the system.

I loved Midnight Resistance in the arcades, little things about it like using the keys to unlock the weapons, plus the sound effects and the art style. I was so happy that it got a Megadrive conversion, but I think they changed the game a bit and not having the rotational joysticks altered the game a lot (I know they tried to get around that). I really want to play it now for some reason, that usually doesn't happen when I read these threads but I hadn't thought of this game for years.Comment

Some nice stuff there! However, what's a Super Famicom Box? Also, what is Bad Omen all about? The boxart looks like two flying jeep bonnets checking out a space marble!
I'm with Shinobi on Midnight Resistance and I love the Granada X artwork. Do you know who did it and if they did any others?

I always liked the Granada artwork too, tried to find who did it but couldn't. A Super Famicom box is a hotel unit Super Famicom. It would sit under the TV possibly attached to a coin box that you would put 100 yen coins in to in order to play a game. Mine works without the coin box and comes with 5 games built in along with a custom menu screen running on Super Famicom hardware.
