    Indeed...

Great albums though, especially the Idiot Pilot one.

No problem. It took me a while to get into, but now it's really grabbed me. I've noticed quite a few of the singles like Pogo and Idealistic are being used on BBC adverts for shows like Heroes now.

It's electic too. Some tracks like The Pulse sound like Daft Punk whereas others like I Want, I Want sound like real punk (as sung by a German robot). The first track Magnets is all over the place in its arrangement (but really original) whereas tracks like Jupiter Room are full on sweaty club choons. And Zdarlight is just lovely. Top stuff.

Mate, tell me about it. It's one of the best albums i've ever heard. It's taking my breath away with each listen! I get the "tingly" feeling every song too!

I think i've heard it about 10 times in the last week. AOTY so far.

I think this is what Fatboy slim might've sounded like if he didn't lose his touch. His first two albums were sort of heavy but chart friendly at the same time.

Daara J - Boomerang. A Sengalese (I think) hip hop band. Saw them live recently and they are incredibly energetic though the album has a more mellow tone.

Also had some Lila Downs on today, and listened to Dub Side of the Moon this afternoon.

                Good day for music

DJ Jazzy Jeff - The Return of the Magnificent

Definitely worth a listen to anyone who enjoyed his first album, but it doesn't quite reach the same lofty standard as its predecessor.

The track with J-Live - Practice, is pure class though.

On the Kweli album, 'Holy Moly' and 'In The Mood' are my favourites at the moment, been playing the album loads again despite rinsing it back when it leaked.

Heard the new Athlete album today, it's magnificent. My standout track is "The Outsiders"...such warm bass and intersting mixing and sounds. It's one of the best headphone albums I've heard in a while...knackered last night I lay on the sofa, feet up eyes closed and the music completely took me away, made me feel like I was staring at a meteor shower or something!

"I'm away with the fairies now..."

                          Excellent stuff.

paramore - riot (still an awesome singalong album with a hottie lead singer)

Still one of THE greatest live albums ever recorded.

The Orchestra sound amazing & add so much to the music
