I was selling some Apple iBook keyboard protectors last year that I had no use for, problem was they only fitted a certain model of ibook. My item description was litteraly 3 lines of text in nice size 20 bold Arial font outlining the model of ibook they would fit and what the postage terms were.
Some jerk then buys one and emails me to say it doesn't fit his iBook. When I tell him why and he negs me "tricky seller, read the small print". WTF what small print? You mean the item description dick slap.
Pissed me off profoundly.
Simple fact is there are people stupid enough to not read item descriptions and you'll never know if someone who has bought of you is one of these idiots until they have left you negative feedback
