Hey buster, I dont know what the f**k that guy is trying to say tbh. His punctuation is terrible.
I've got a USA only Genesis game up for auction on eBay at the moment with 1 bidder. I'm just waiting for a complaint once the auction ends & he's received the game saying it doesnt work on his Euro console, even though I mentioned that it is a USA game & that a converter would be needed in order to play it.

Ugh, why does this thread only get updated when someone finds a twat on eBay, eh?
I bid on something, which I won for one pence. That's a bit cheeky, sure, but the seller should have put a reserve price if they wanted more for it, it's not my fault, so I pay, and today get a refund. The reason?
Many apologies but I have been very ill the last week, and have not had a chance to get online. The item has been sold away from eBay and I meant to end the auction, but due to my illness have not had a chance. Therefore, refunded your payment
What can I do now though? I want to leave bad feedback, or at the least neutral, but I'll only get a negative in return. Twats.

EBay Taiwan vows no fees for 3 years
New Web auction site almost ready to launch
By Dan Nystedt, IDG News Service
August 11, 2006
A new joint venture Web auction site between eBay and Taiwanese portal operator PCHome Online is nearly ready, and the companies aim to keep it fee free for the next three years to compete with market leader Yahoo Taiwan.
Currently, the two companies are operating their existing auction Web sites, http://www.tw.ebay.com and http://bid.pchome.com.tw, and plan to keep the sites open to ensure a smooth transition for users, said Joyce Tzeng, a PCHome spokeswoman. The companies haven’t decided on a name for the joint venture site, which will be unveiled after further testing, she said.
The companies also plan to offer auction services for free over the next three years, Tzeng said. The move is aimed at grabbing market share from Yahoo Taiwan, which last month announced new fees for auctioneers as high as 3 percent per transaction.
Yahoo Taiwan originally planned to start charging the fee on Aug. 10, but a backlash by auctioneers, widespread media attention and the start of an investigation by Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission prompted the company to postpone the date to Sept. 1.With no paypal screwing you over as well.

[Blah blah blah...] However, let me assure you again that we've taken the necessary action.
Breaches of eBay's policies can lead to consequences that range from issuing the seller an informational alert, a temporary suspension, an indefinite suspension or terminating the member's account.
While I understand that you want to know exactly what action we took on the member's account, as it's important that eBay maintains member privacy, we won't be able to share these details with you.

Try the livehelp toythatkills
If you google it, or you can find it on ebay.com basically its like an instant messaging with an eBay cust services person.
I used it and it wasn't too bad, but it was apparent that they were talking to half a dozen people in different windows on their computer since they called me by a womans name at one point.. LOL!
But persist and ask to speak to their supervisor etc and they will put you in an IM with them and you can express your disgust to your little hearts content

Just got my first set of fake DVDs. Why oh why do sellers get away with:
1. Posting items from the far east while claiming they're in the UK.
2. Being allowed to sell counterfeit goods when it looks like they've been at it for years and on closer inspection of feedback, buyers have stated as such.
My fault for not doing enough research on the guy, but if he's obviously selling fakes, why don't eBay close him down?
