Awesome, thanks for the heads up Bort. I've missed motorsport over the winter.

Good, I've been waiting for the fantasy MotoGP after missing out on the opening round points last year. I really can't wait for this season - so much bad blood around should make for a very interesting first half of the season. Hayden v Rossi , Pedrosa v Stoner, Yamaha v the world (desperate to prove it wasn't all down to Rossi and Burgess) and the likes of Simoncelli, Aoyama (who I can't wait to see fully fit and on a competitive bike) and Bautista wanting to break through, it's going to be a great season.
Rossi is well into the psychological warfare already, he was on a talk show last week labelling Hayden a madman and Lorenzo unpleasant, and saying there will be no inter-garage bickering with Hayden because he doesn't need to hide his secrets from him. Ouch! if I was Nicky I'd be wanting to smash his kneecaps.

So, after the two practice sessions for the Aussie GP we have the following bits of new info:
1) McClaren isn't off the pace after all, unless they were deliberately running light fuel or something.
2) Virgin are outside the 107% pace at the moment, gotta pick that up or they won't make the grid.
3) Hispania have managed only a single installation lap so far, doesn't look good.
4) Lotus are about a second off the pace, much closer than they were last year (not helped by Chandhok smashing one of the cars up on his outlap at the start of first practice)
5) Sauber look sharp, Perez in particular seems to be on his game.
6) Maldondo is way off the pace of Barrichello at Williams.
Of course, practice times often tell you nothing at all about qualifying pace...

Unless McLaren are lying but, they wouldn't go in for such trickery, would they?
