Paying for legal advice pays dividends at times. And the idea is dead and buried as FOTA will work with the FIA to find a 'suitable' points system in time for the 2010 season.

I think the teams are more annoyed with the budget cap implications than they are the actual scoring system.

Okay, Holliss is AFK so a fantasy league needs to be setup either tonight or tomorrow to give people enough time.

Options,

Fantasy Racers - Buy and sell drivers through out the season. No car/engine/chassis selection.

F1Game - they screwed up last year but they are the only fantasy game that offer the rules that have been used the previous years.

Yahoo Fantasy f1 - Select three drivers and a team before each race. You need to be active for this one.


Someone should setup a motogp one as well.

I doubt I'll get time to set up a team before the first race now as I'm moving house on Thurs so wont have net access and not at work after today.

I don't however like the sound of any of those. Fantasy racers may be the best. I'm not going to use F1 game again after last ears debacle.

I'd side with having two, fantasy racer for the active perps and f1game as a backup.

Is anyone here going to the British GP? I've got my tickets booked - 3rd time going for me. Sat on the pit straight and Luffield in the past. Got grandstand seats at Stowe this time.

Yep, about to pop my British GP cherry. We've bought cheap tickets just to get a feel for it. Quite a long drive from Scotland to Silverstone so I'm hoping that the weather is good as we'll be at the mercy of the elements and I don't fancy getting into the car for the drive home soaking wet.

Shame it's the last race a Silverstone but the revamped Donny will hopefully be a worthy replacement. And it's a fair bit closer for us Scots!
