Long exposure (bulb mode) in the dark with a bare torch bulb. Wiggle it about while walking up and down the stairs. The bulb leaves light trails and also lights parts of the scene. Voila!

b) I have an invisibility outfit.
c) I wasn't standing still long enough to be exposed!

And GT, I like it! It could perhaps benefit from a little more contrast on the left hand side of your face (rhs of the photo) but otherwise a nice crisp image. Did you trim your nose hairs beforehand?

No CS3 was used to reduce wrinkles and nose hairs. My desk is probably not the best studio tbh. Once one umbrella is used I have very little room for anything else.

I know I said weather-wise things were a bit disappointing currently but we seem to have an awesome sunset in Tunbridge Wells today! All kinds of oranges, pinks, reds etc - just a beautiful glowing sky! Shame I have not got my camera with me at work

Light paintings are awesome, they are so satisfying when you pull them off.

How about light painting stick-men interacting with real life objects?

Quite like that Christmas shopping shot Dan, wish it was that empty when I go shopping though!

Thanks Al. That shot was taken in the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells - the main shopping area is up the other end of town and this was taken quite late on Saturday night, and that trolley is quite a long way from home

I've got 3 1/2 weeks of leave starting on Friday and no particular plans other than relaxing after a hard year! Hope to spend quite a bit of time on my photography.
