I didn't have enough flashes to light the car properly and yes I do know that some parts of the car are underexposed, only 2 strobes you see and I could have done with about 4 or 5 really.

Woohoo! I is been published, sort of - have a look here and you can see my Big Chill festy photos on the iiinside.com magazine website. Going forward, they want me to do some more stuff for them (gigs and festivals with press access), which was nice

Is anyone interested in a softbox lighting set-up?

I have one that I need to get rid of as I need to slim down my possessions for the move to my girlfriends place!

Its a great little set-up. The lamp and softbox bits fit in to a shoe box and then there is just the stand which isn't too much bigger than a normal tripod.

I'm based in South London/Kent. About 15 minutes on the train from Victoria.

I'd love to nab that, Gareth. I won't be able to come get it for a week or so, if that's ok.

And while I'm here - that set of Womad pictures is gorgeous Ish. The two hatted people are excellent, and all the black and white portraits are great.

I really like the lighting on those car shots Alastair. The subject doesn't interest me, but technically it's quite interesting.

Tommy, those zoo shots and some of the abstracts from a few posts back are very nice. I especially like the geometric roof shot.
