Went to a food festival and picked up lots of tasty goods

Malaysian redang paste
Chipotle salt
4 flavoured vodka liqueurs (chocolate, cinnamon orange, line and blackjack sweets)
Naga ketchup
chilli jam
chipotle sauce
passion fruit curd
morello cherry jam
Scorcher cheddar

Also had the most amazing lunch from one of the stalls Seychelles coconut chicken curry with saffron rice, was amazing and only ?5

Off to a concert tonight, so the evening meal comes courtesy of Tom's Chophouse in Manchester. Thinking the corned beef hash washed down with a few scoops, of course!

You're well into your spices aren't you. Wife away so making homemade burger and twice cooked chips for my tea. Planning on making a leek cannelloni for her return. If I be bothered I will make my own pasta. Also got some tasty chorizo from the farmers market this morning so planning on making chickpea and chorizo stew for my work dinner.

You're well into your spices aren't you. Wife away so making homemade burger and twice cooked chips for my tea. Planning on making a leek cannelloni for her return. If I be bothered I will make my own pasta. Also got some tasty chorizo from the farmers market this morning so planning on making chickpea and chorizo stew for my work dinner.

Yum. Yeah I loves my spices and herbs I put them to good use for this simple tea/snack (didn't want much after my epic curry this afternoon)

I was up till 7am the other night baking... made 24 banana and chocolate cupcakes, 24 coconut cupcakes with a lime frosting and a batch of vanilla and chocolate truffles haha. Baking if fun when you can't sleep, tho I think some might disagree what with me running the blender and mixer at those times...

I was up till 7am the other night baking... made 24 banana and chocolate cupcakes, 24 coconut cupcakes with a lime frosting and a batch of vanilla and chocolate truffles haha. Baking if fun when you can't sleep, tho I think some might disagree what with me running the blender and mixer at those times...

I hope you were asking me I only sleep about 3-4hours a night always have probably always will, it's also my main hobby (I'm often found in the kitchen playing on my vita while I wait for the oven or some bread to proof. It's also what I'm training to do for a living (I was a baker for a year or so before I did my degree a few years back). Funnily enough I'm typing this out on my iPhone in the kitchen while I wait for some macaron batter to skin before I put them in the oven

I find it difficult to stick to things but was thinking about taking a baking class as its one of the first things I actually enjoy and can see myself doing whenever (just the tidy up and shopping puts me off from doing it more often).

Mediocre 'Asian style' takeaway pizza with mediocre portion of mediocre seekh kebabs. Irks me when they neglect to put a decent amount of tomato on the pizza base, bah.
