At least three fighter jets just flew over the offices here. No idea where they came from or where they were going to. But they were incredibly low and sounded like they were going veeeeeeeeeery fast. Quite scary. Wouldn't like to be on the business end of one of them!

I only came into this thread now to post a short handheld film of JFK getting shot but I have my doubts that it's quite as new as I originally suspected so I'm a bit too scared to post it now.

In my defense with the shopping thing...we don't really use Tescos for much and we don't tend to eat a lot cakes either. We're just not cake people!

A similar thing happened here last Saturday. No less than fifteen planes flew over my back garden around 11 in the morning. They were flying very low. I think they may have been display jets rather than fighters (or so my girlfriend reckoned anyway) but I'm not sure. Either way, it was very unusual.

Enforced clothes shopping has to be one of the worst ways to spend your morning. One of the soles on my blue adidas sambas has split and now I have to find a shop that sells samba ( I am addicted to samba, they are the only trainer I wear) and rush there to buy a pair before the GP starts. I fancied a lazy sunday today as well.

I live next door to a flower nursery. Got some post delivered to my house but for them, so dropped it round. Came back with a trolley FULL of plants that they didn't need I'll stick some money in a charity box.

I caught some burglar tryin to enter the house on Sunday. As soon as he saw that someone was home he ran like turd to water after a hot curry! Bastard sped off in a black car!

The gimp fed a wire through the letter box and unhooked the lock on the door! Crafty git!

With the hot weather, windows tend to be left open from time to time. Id rather bake in the oven that is the house over the summer than let some random no mark try and get in again!

Ima hafta have a meat clever near the front door from now on.......... Grrr........ Its Barbercue season, no one will notice!

Still ima look at it on the possitive and see it as a 'gentle' warning for the future!
