Yep, it was crunchy. Didn't really taste of anything. The chocolate was rubbish too. I'd eat a battered ant if they released those, small ones not giant like the one I had today (it was a leafcutter apparently).

I ate a woodlice today (for no real reason... just felt like it)... I was actually surprised by how 'woody' it tasted! I was expecting a little bit of juiciness... possibly a slight crunch but nothing overly special - but it literally tasted like a dry piece of dead, crumbing wood! No juice, no wetness, no fleshiness... I wouldn't recommend it.. very disappointing.

*Edit - unless you are a vegetarian mind! Possibly the perfect snack ;-)

Just been over the club for a pint. Only lived here for a month but eveyone (40+ people) know me now by name and said hello. Including the 35 year old fit as fook thai wife of some loaded pensioner in there. Might have to tap dat ass, fo sho.
