Although i do hear where you are coming from. Guess they could always fit in some PIR (passive infrared sensors) on doors which open automatically, although if some one passed by and you was 'zipping it up or err out' then they'd get a bit of an eyeful.
Do what i do and use a tissue, or wait till someone opens it for you
