I love them yet I also question why I bother with them sometimes.

There is a woman who I have been friends with for a little while now and since meeting my current girlfriend (although our relationship is erm... different shall we say), we went to a fancy dress party in which I had invited my girlfriend along and we bump into my friend in a bar.

The amount of devilish looks and questions I received all evening made me wonder what I am putting myself through.

No matter how honest I am or how in-depth my answers to her are, she still thinks that I have 'had sex with her a hundred times'.

On the subject of trust issues, my brother's former girlfriend had big problems with one of his female friends. Admittedly with good cause. She's a pretty stunning girl who works as a stripper and the two had a past together (not quite boyfriend/girlfriend but with all the perks).

Why is it that women feel the need to go snooping around in your stuff? My girlfriend likes nothing more than to go through my phone pics and messages and also noses through the files on my computer (especially the 'My Pictures folder').

That's not on, and you need to knock it on the head before she ends up going crazy.

Anyway in other news, I gave myself a scare last night when I left the flat without my front door key. The sinking feeling set in the second the lock clicked as the door shut. My key is attached to my wallet so I didnkt even have any cash so if I needed to crash anywhere it'd be a long walk...

Fortunately I left my bathroom window open so was able to get back in that way. What this has also made apparent to me is how easy it is for anyone to break in if i leave that window open (as I tend to in the summerY.

Luckily this is a nice area, but still...

I had the house to myself last week as the rest of the family were on holiday and nearly did that myself a couple of times. The only windows open though were in the attic bedroom so I'd have been in trouble if I'd locked myself out!
