Yep the girlfriends mum's got a decent camcorder. The supermarkets are rammed with people stocking up. Still blue sky's but the winds picking up, so i'm off to the beach whilst the goings good

I was in Cuba during hurricane Wilma(?) of 2005. We were just on the fringe of the storm as you are now, I'm never seen such an amazing sky. It was like this huge side of a swirl that completely engulfed the horizon. I tried taking pics but my camera lens couldn't fit it all in no matter where I stood, I had to take the picture in four different segments! I'll try and dig them out....
