Looks a bit too twitchy for my liking, especially giving the inaccurate touchscreen controls.

The touchscreen controls are actually perfect. It plays even better than the XBLIG one does (and I love the XBLIG one, as people may be aware!) It plays the same as the Cave shooters do.

What the hell have Apple done to the App Store game search? They've f**ked it up big time. Now where the best sellers were has changed to "new" however it's full of games tht are not new. The free section is now "what's hot" yet filled with ****. And finally the release date section is now that stupid "Genius" crap which I never use at all let alone want to use it for games.

How are we to know what new games are release now? There's no release page. This is bad news for Devs as well since noone will see their new game.

I did buy Shadowgun recently but I cant be arsed with it like most iOS games other than Angry Birds.

I picked up Dark Meadow today which looks nice. It uses the Unreal Engine pretty well.

By the way, on the UK App Store, do you keep getting the same Chinese **** under a million different names? We do and it's annoying. Imagine Chinese famicom pirates of the same game released time and time again. That's what it's like. I wrote a complaint to Apple about it, not that they'll give a ****.

Scribblenauts is on iOS.

It's out now. It came out this morning. No warning about it whatsoever.

It's based on Super Scribblenauts so the adjectives are in, but the levels are a mix of both DS games + some iOS exclusive levels.

Scribblenauts Remix it's called. It's 3 quid. FFS GET IT.

Looks pretty lovely on the iPad too. No more dodgy lines on the rotations! I never played the sequel but, gameplay-wise, was pretty disappointed with the original, especially given the amount of work it must have taken. But, at this price, I'd be nuts not to give it a second go.

I may have missed the boat but has everyone else got iOS5 now? Seems alright. Notification Centre is good but not as good as LockInfo on jailbreak. And it won't open for me when on the lock screen which is the main selling point really! Anyone else had the same problem? All apps are set to display in lock screen too. And I can't work out how to get iCloud photos on my PC? I know it's uploaded them but I dunno how to access them. My pal told me theres an iCloud installer for PC but can't find any info on it!?

I hope this is the right thread for this discussion?
