    some good fights in 101

Henderson did a decent job but I thought Bisping was garbage, he looked very tentative and its boxing 101 to not move in the direction towards your opponents biggest punch. long time since I've seen such a savage KO.

enjoyed GSP, he is technically so good and looks a complete fighter.

Lesnar was very impressive, he's an awesome physical specimen but looked slightly less muscular this time out, maybe an indication of less weight training and more fight training ? he just did a great job on Mir and totally overpowered him. my money would be on Lesnar to take out most of the heavies currently in the UFC

I only got to see the Lesnar flight due to issues with Sky. Anyways, I like Lesnar and I was glad he won. The camera angle for the replay, which was above them when Lesnar finished Mir off was well placed, because it showed Mir's head bouncing back off the cage when Lenar was unloading with his right fist - ouch!! My only dissapointment was Lesnar's post match rant and squaring up to Mir (who was gracious in defeat), but I guess he was still pumped with adrenalin, and it got the better of him. I've read that Dana White had a word back in the changing rooms and Lesnar apologised.

@ Merf - apparently Lesnar's training did not have much, if any, weight training. More ground base and defensive skills.

I suppose you could call it adrenalin, roid rage is more likely.

I just hope Lesnar takes on what Dana said and we don't see a repeat of his pathetic post fight antics.

Tarnished the event for me but hey ho, the rest of the card was awesome.

        Belcher + superman punch =

Good god, Bisping got blown out of the water!

That follow up Randy Savage elbow just cemented the fact he didn’t deserve to be in there with Dan; I like Bisping but he hasn’t beaten anyone decent.

The Lesnar fight was a bit of white wash as well. I was expecting Mir to be competitive, but as soon as he started taking a few of those heavy shots you knew the fight wasn’t going the distance.

Regarding the post fight antics, I did laugh when he cussed out Budlight - sure he got a bollocking off Dana.

Should to be interesting seeing him defend the belt considering how many top fighters are knocking about. From what I gather he’ll be fighting either Carwin (the only guy the same size as him in the division) or Cain next, with a possible match up with Crocop or Dos Santos to follow. Those are some damn tough fights, and even though he shouldn’t be fighting some of them (he had 3 and a half stone on Mir!) they should be crackers to watch.

Henderson's KO punch was amazing, but it was a shame to see him admit to purposefully hitting Bisping when he was down. If they're going to line him up for another crack at Anderson Silva I don't see it going his way, but I bet it'd be an ace fight.

I'm always dazzled by GSP's ability to wear such short shorts.

And I know how Brock feels: Bud Light don't pay me anything either

UFC 100 was awesome. Bisping got what he deserved and it's not changed my opinion of him at all...

That brutal KO is a shock wake up call to let you know how crap you really are!

Bisping's been fed cans till it built him up around the UK to make UFC's small foot in the hole towards world domination.

Bisping, I wish you would be more diverse. I mean UFC has always been about MIXED MARTIAL ARTS! If he thinks it's all about striking he should try K-1 instead.

GSP should definitely step up in weight now - He's far to strong in the welterweight division and I like what he says that he wants to test himself so Anderson Silva would be a massive super fight.

Lesnar, yeah what you said was a bit harsh to Mir when you won but I loved your comment about Sable but when questioned who you wanna fight next why didnt you say FEDOR!!!!!!!

Oh, that jap guy versus belcher was a great evenly thought fight too!

Jon Fitch was boring but overall UFC 100 lived up to my expectations.

I wonder if Sky had massive viewing figures for this? Maybe they should take it up where Bravo/Setanta left off.

Fair points - If you wanna laugh, check out the post fight press conference, Lesnar comes across well and makes fun of the Bud Lite situation.

Reviewing the Bisping fight, has anyone got a clue as to what his gameplan was against Dan? Circling to the left onto Henderson's heavy right, what was that about? Anyway great fighters adapt to the conditions of the match and Bisping was shown up big time.

Didn't agree with the commentators on the Akiyama decision - thought he edged it, took Belcher down, fought hard and showed he had a good chin. Belcher didn't really make any takedown attempts and shared the stand up so don't know why the majority thought the result was unjust?

Roll on UFC 101 - Silva VS Griffin

I suppose it will be confirmed who will be airing UFC in the near future after Setanta's demise?

agree with most of the comments hear.

Bisping looked totally over-matched and out of his depth, he had fear in everything he did on the night.

I thought the first fight was very very close as well, I must insist the THQ release an immediate patch to allow me to do Belcher style superman punches off the cage wall. I loved the way when Akiyama was on the ground in mount and looked away/disinterested then suddenly smashed Belcher when he was distracted.

I don't think Lesnar is the sharpest tool and post fight when super hyped he just slipped back into his WWE 'heel' persona. No harm done there.

I don't like GSP's micro shorts either, especially when he spends most of 5x5s on top of the other chap, not a pleasing sight.

Yeah, Bisping doesn?t seem to have any power yet he always (even though he?s not KO?d anyone) wants to stand and trade. It was only a matter of time before he fought tougher competition and got put on his backside.

As for what?s next, if he wants to improve they might as well throw him in there with Wanderlei Silva, who could use a tune up fight. Even if Bisping loses (which he will) at least he?ll gain experience against the top guys.

Reviewing the Bisping fight, has anyone got a clue as to what his gameplan was against Dan?
No idea. You could hear his corner shouting ?circle to your right? over and over, but he looked like a deer in headlights.

I swear they get shorter each outing. He?ll probably just wear paint in his next fight and stick the cup on with glue tack.

I agree with the commentators that Belcher was robbed! Still, a good fight, as was the rest of the card. Wanted to see Filfthy Brawler Tom Lawler on the broadcast but wasn't to be. He beat CB Dolloway quite quickly.

Regarding Lesnar, I see no harm in him being a heel. It sells. Works in pro wrestling, works in boxing (Mayweather in the UK) and works in MMA.

I love the post UFC stories about Dana White stating they are now at war with EA who snubbed a meeting with him a couple of years ago when he wanted them to do a game, forcing him to go with THQ.

He's stated any fighter signing up with the EA MMA game will not get a UFC contract in the future !

UFC game has done 2m units worldwide so far, not too shabby.

really enjoying watching the 100 greatest fights I recorded on Saturday night, its like a catch up guide for anybody who came late to UFC (think I joined about UFC 85)

impressive to see how far its come from its early roots, also gives a great impression of the history of the sport and the bouts that earned fighters their status. I never realised how dominant Matt Hughes the welter has been.

its a long prob, only done 100-50 so far, worst bit is watching Mir snap Sylvia's forearm in a brutal sub attempt. grim.

The point Milk was making was it’s illegal. Both have had year suspensions and tbh I don’t know why any of them bother anyway; a steroided up Leben still lost, as did Bonnar, Coleman, Shamrock, god the list is endless.

You’ve got to love the nicknames. My personal favourites are ‘The Dean of Mean’ Keith Jardine, and Shane ‘ The Engineer’ Carwin.

OK, then...if he was on drugs then it will be found as all fighters are tested. It's not Japanese MMA!!

Saying Brock had a 'roid rage' is very unfair. He's just passionate. A passionate animal.
