At what level do my children get the silent running perk? My eldest daughter is a very good ballet dancer, but when she's running around the house she's like a ****ing elephant! D:

First forum where I've seen parenting compared to level grinding.

I feel so overclassed in geekiness it's embarrassing

It irks me that I'm rubbish at drinking now. Does anyone here in full-time employment drink on a work night? I feel 'wrong' all the next day at work even if I've only had two pints. Diet Coke only for me now except on a weekend. I feel more boring for having written that.

              Every work night.

It takes a lot of practice but stick with it.

Drinking is for students. Do some exercise instead and get good at something.

If you can't hold your booze that means you're proper fit and sporty.

                  And a wuss. Obviously.

                    Seriously Charles?

I biked about 15 miles today, walked the dog for over an hour I'm as fit as a fiddle mate.

I like to share a bottle of wine with the mrs at the end of a hard day what's wrong with that exactly? Pppffft.

Nanny state/stupid comment I hope you were joking.

When. . haha 'when' I was working full time I never used to touch a drop of booze on weekdays and then have a few at the weekend, I earned it!

I've been repositioning speakers all day and eventually upheaved the whole damn room, didn't like it and then put the whole room back how it was originally - now my back hurts. I think I have mild OCD.

People who think it's ok to stand on the top deck of the bus. Had a couple of tossers who thought they were too good for sitting down like the rest of the people on the bus there were plenty of seats to sit down on too, some stupid bint & her boyfriend. Instead they stood near the top of the stairs blocking everyone who were trying to get off.

Secretly kept praying the bus would slam on it's brakes & send them both either flying down the stairs or through the front window of the bus. Bloody pesant wagons, lol i should start learning to drive i think

Yeah. Two pints of Guinness and I'm slurring my speech these days if friends are to be believed.

Idiots who box you in, all week have had the joy of finishing work to find my car with literal mm of clearance either end. Firstly why the lack of consideration and second, are they not worried I'll do some damage?

Even back when I drank a fair amount I rarely would drink on a work night, primarily because of driving in the next morning but also because I'd feel like ****. Barely drink at all now, joined the sporty/wussy brigade.

My tolerance for alcohol was always completely random anyway.
