Why are all scanline filters on emulators crap? They all seem to apply something like 50% scanlines - what kind of old TV looks like that?! I've dug out the old XBox today and fired up Beats of Rage... after going through the giant list of filters, I've finally found one that seems to apply less than 5% scanlines... enough to prevent it looking blocky, yet not so much that it looks like a wire mesh.
