Depends if there's a premium that comes with it imo. But still, it's false. Although eBay is gonna side with the seller probably, or was it the other way round that they're biased?

Tried to use megaupload/filesonic/other upload sites and you're getting a "only one download at a time" message despite not having any downloads from them?
That'll be the good old IWF filtering things through their proxy which uses a single IP address. Aren't you glad we have this secretative cencorship organisation with near zero oversight silently disabling perfectly valid websites?

I think they'd definitely side with jeimuzu here as it sounds like the seller trying to be clever. Based on that idea, a seller could take any old used tat and just 'seal' it and sell as sealed. The reason eBay has a sealed option is to show that the item is completely unused.

Sadly there's not much chance of being surprised anymore about anything in the game because they all seem intent on spoiling it all. If I was Rocksteady I'd be pretty livid with this sort of nonsense because at this rate there'll be no point in buying or playing it at full price.
Half the fun of AA was not knowing who was coming up. After all the [hide]Clayface[/hide] bit wouldn't have been half as cool if you'd known about it before hand.
Sites like Kotaku, Joystiq and a load others need to f'off with this crap attempt at grabbing hits at the expense of the enjoyment of the actual medium they claim to be supporting.

I don't even visit games sites any more. Between here, rllmuk, twitter and GAF I hear all the big news and just follow their links to whatever games site it's on if need be. If I want to read a review, I generally click the link direct to it on Metacritic. There's certainly no need to be browsing their homepages and stuff.
I don't have any interest in AA at all, but I haven't had even the slightest detail spoiled!
EDIT: AA? See? I have such little interest that I don't even know what it's called! I meant AC.
