Does that mean you have to wipe your bell-end across a sensor for it to do a DNA test to make sure you're really you? What's wrong with a BIOS password? What are you hiding on there?

It's a ?8 option on a Thinkpad so it's not really that impressive. No consumer level laptop would have it though I imagine.

I think a lot of us guys are like that with going out and shopping as it's such a chore wandering about amongst the masses of the public.
The efficient mind in me just wants to get in, get out and relax. A bit like sex.

My girlfriend does all of our Supermarket shopping online. Apart from the odd substitution which can be annoying there's so many reasons why it's better than going out shopping I cant help but wonder why more people don't do it????

People might wonder what the point is of having both but I suppose for slow typers scanning is quicker. I can type my password quicker than it takes to scan my finger(no, it's a strong one. The password, I mean) do I didn't bother

Guys upstairs playing music. It is drum and bass and I can just hear thumping when I am trying to relax in the living room. I have told them several times, politely but it still happens, albeit a little quieter.
Am I being unreasonable? It is just annoying when you are trying to chill and read a book or something.

Built a new PC today
Bought some bits from a store and the guy reminded me I would need a SATA cable, I asked him if the motherboard I was buying came with one (they usually do)

"No"

Bought a ?6 sata cable : There are 2 in the mobo box :/

Chose not to buy a kettle lead for the PSU as I was convinced I'd have one in my cable stockpile (didn't want to spend ?9.99 for maplins : didn't have one :/

Went to Staples,Comet then Currys so i could carry on building one just before the shops closed. Paid ?12.99 :/

saved myself some cash by planning on using an Old 400GB HDD which has been sitting in a box for 18 months: Doesn't work

Can't stand noise, especially people playing music loudly, it drives me nuts. Also, no one ever EVER seems to play good music loudly, it's always nonsense. I get that people have different tastes but I've never heard anyone blast anything that doesn't annoy me. Luckily I live in a relatively quiet place but I'm not holding out much hope that it'll stay like this. I'm probably going to live on a farm or something.

Stupid question but what kind? My level of annoyance would probably depend on the type that said from what I remember you have a kid so thats a bit selfish of 'em in any case if it's gone say 8pm...

Loud music is annoying. There's was a house down the road that'd have a party every few weeks and the music is unknown and then they have guests coming and going till like 5am and they hang about outside screaming and laughing for 20 minutes at a time. Luckily they don't do it anymore. I called the police but was told to call the council or something, can't quite remember what happened...

Also I can't be in the same room as loud music, even if it's music I listen to. The only time the music'll be loud is when it's an empty house. I need to be able to hear what's going on outside the room otherwise I can't get comfortable.

Can you dispute customs fee's and 'handling' charges levied through Parcelfarce? I've just had to pay for the release of a Neo Geo joystick that has been sat in customs nearly two weeks, with all the charges it is now probably the most expensive Neo stick known to man. How they can whack that much on to a twenty year old joystick is beyond me.
