Modern irks related to my childhood-I would only wake up in time to watch Transformers on WACaday (Wide Awake Club) about once a month. When I managed that, the tossers would show half an episode and then come back to it around an hour later.

Funnily enough, as I got older waking up became easier but all that was on was The Muppet Babies. Or if I was lucky, The Racoons, both on BBC 1.

I only saw it like 2 times, it seemed OK. Possibly nostalgia, I admit.

Don't say you hated Transformers, please don't say that.

Anyway, due to missing TF on Saturday mornings I had to rely on the comics, which were great but I still think most of the art sucked in the UK version.

Just found out a project I have been working on for the last few months, the 'all my eggs are in this basket' project that would have kept me going for over a year, hasn't got funding and I'm completely and utterly buggered. You can bet I'm irked. Now where's that 'redundant' thread?

Raccoons had some of the bestest music ever.

I find programs nowadays don't seem to pour nearly as much effort into their theme songs as they did way back when. Most of the time it just sounds silly.

Agencies part 12. Applied for a job Friday at 8am, took the agency till 2pm yesterday to call me about it, despite me ringing several times and leaving several messages. By then I'd applied directly to the company instead. Agency rang me up about 10 minutes ago to complain the Agency won't get the fee any more, since the company have chosen to use my direct application.

Careful doing that - we used to reject any duplicate applications - either from personal or multiple agencies.
