The Edelweiss needs a 1/35 plastic Tamiya kit, their tanks are always incredible.




Not exactly my favourite Etrian Odyssey III character but impressive nonetheless.

On the first day of xmas, Bandai gave to meeeee. A box of keropla x3



Finally they are here, 5 arrived. Just 6 more to come Picked up some paint too. Games workshop is such a con when it comes to paints their pots at ?3.50 are sheer robbery when i picked up some decent tamiya paints off ebay for ?1.50 a pot, screw you games workshop & your rip off prices.

I never realised how much i like plamo till i started seeing keroro gunsou ones. Then again i have already bought 2 gunpla as well so im in deep trouble LOL.

Still i have 5 weeks off work now as a break so at least i wont be bored.

Well i made a start on one of my kits this evening, the painting isn't as flat as i'd like but acrylic paint is fiddly to get a flat finish from, well it is for me. Still got all the fine detail done & the black lining came out pretty great, shall assemble once dry & take a set of pics.

Finally completed my Keroro 1.5 kit, all the detail on the stars & eyes were hand painted along with the teeth, the only stickers used were for the inner mouth parts & the keropla box. So much posability, the eyes can be changed by twisting the little rod at the back plus there were some extra closed eyes & a few different arms & legs for posing fun, not bad from a cheapy plamo kit.

Make sure you follow a similar process for the photo's on your big kits.

I'd love to have the ability and time to do a large kit, but I have neither.

Makes me appreciate the whole kit building/painting process even more tho'.

Larger ones will be done last, need to get my painting upto scratch before i tackle those 3 big kits, shall hone my skills on the cheaper single kits first but having fun making them.

Of course. I've spent an hour or so today masking and priming the Sinanju's decoration and while they were drying I started the Nu...one hour and half per leg. Loving the inner mechanisms but the The O still has the best inner legs of the MG family.

Look forward to seeing them, well tonight i finished my Garuru chuui figure, the included stickers are useless for most parts as they look awful when applied so had to paint the emblem on his helmet the guns & eyes all by hand god it was hard lol, not a ton of posability this time it seems.

Still it looks pretty close to the box, a few colours i changed slightly but it's nearly 100%
