Ha Ha, my neighbors called mike he hates apple says there two expensive, then went and got a Samsung S4 contract that costs more than an iphone contract you know to "save money" , all the top end phones perform the same, and they all cost about the same, i dont get the phone wars its bizzare.

terrible build quality on a lot of android stuff though, my sis in laws HTC one is broken and still in contract randomly turns off, my other sisters mid range sony's developed an unresponsive touch screen, and both mine and my wifes htc phones both developed faults after 12 months of use hers randomly freezes mine wouldn't work if the 3G was on.

Lol, I don't think I've ever heard of anyone with an HTC phone that hasn't broken, including me and all my immediate family members. GO TAIWAN!

The HTC One is pretty nice. Obviously lower end handsets will be kinda rubbish.

To say an iPhone is bad though is pretty funny. As an Android user the past 4 years I'd not really recommend it to anyone - though at least I can remove the battery of my phone and upgrade the memory as I see fit.

Despite Samsung ' best efforts to destroy it with updates my note 2 is running well. IPhone next time though. No more android.

I'm running CyanogenMod 9 on my N7000. Don't plan on upgrading my phone either.

I experienced my fair share of unreliability with my iPhone 4, as did quite a few mates. The lock button and home button stopping working was the most common one. My headphone jack also failed. Think I had 2 replacement handsets from Apple.

They've probably solved most of those issues now, since all of their phones since have iterated on the 4.

My current Nexus 5 is nice but not particularly well built. The glass on the screen doesn't seem as resistant as the glass used on the iPhone screens, and the back feels like it could pop right off (it's not meant to). I'll accept these drawbacks for the price though - ?300 unlocked was and is superb value IMO.

The Galaxy S line features build quality that feels on par with the N5 but is ?600. Fack off Samsung.

I would never buy an HTC again after my original Desire went back twice in the 24 month warranty.

What's up with your Note/Android Brad? My Note 2 performed excellently, went for a Sony Z Ultra this time around and only thing I miss is the rounded corners of the Samsung in the hand. Sony phones are very square and blocky.

Sony Z2 is a great phone, couple of mates have it and I've had a play with it. One of the top Android phones out at the moment.
