My son got a Phineas and Ferb DVD 📀 for his birthday and it's great. It's like a Family Guy for kids!

Most the jokes go over his head, but we're both happy.

I love this song called "Helicopter Fight" where the singer spends most of the time explaining it's a fight in a helicopter, not two helicopters fighting:

I think it went really well.

Nice and relaxed. No real questions, more of a chat with the guy overseeing the project. The two ladies who did the first stage were there too and the time flew.

They've one more person to see. I'm hopeful I did well enough. As I was leaving one of the women showed me out and said "I'll be in touch". I didn't click but she said it again with that "well done" sort of look.

We'll see. They've said I'll know by the end of the week.

I GOT THE BLOODY JOB!!

Start 1st August. Pay rise, car, Monday - Friday. No bank holidays. Christmas off. Decent pension. Private health care.

Apparently the "second interview" wasn't really a second interview. They were really happy with me after the first one but wanted to make sure I was sure.

I can't wait to get started.

Things are defo on track now.

Baby in a couple of weeks then new job start.
