Really nice couple of ties for us from that draw.

Porto in quarter finals then winner of Villareal/Arsenal in semis. Definitely the easiest route to the final we could possibly have hoped for.

For some reason I feel we have a Man Utd v Barcelona final coming.

You couldn't have picked a better draw if you had tried. The three weakest teams of the other seven all in our draw is unbelieveable.

I wouldn't discount Arsenal as they are coming into decent form atm but i don't think in all honesty they pose a serious threat if we are at the top of our game should we meet in the semi's. They may also struggle to get past Villareal tbh.

Barring a major ****up, we should dick Porto. They are not a bad side but they are certainly not in the same league as the other seven QF'ists.

Looks good for Man United now for the final.

I think Liverpool have their work cut out against Chelsea as they are playing with renewed enthusiasm under Hiddink. It will probably be another solitary goal over 180 mins.

Barca look dangerous tho and should stroll into the semi's. I think bayerns 12-0 result from the last round flattered them. They are not that good and i seriously don't think barca will be too concerned.

We have also struggled against Villareal, two 0-0 draws in the group stage if I remember correctly. If we do get through and face Villareal, it would be no easy game.
