If you start killing people for the darkbrotherhood will it raise your bounty, or make npc's disposition go down? Also do the black bow bandits respawn is the side quest to mogza the ork, (skingrad castle).

Apologies El Leone.
I thought Oblivion, was developed in the first instance (obviously) for PC. I was under the impression focus shifted to 360 in the last 2 years of development.
It would explain (console) things like the menus, 'loading screens' etc appearing in the PC version. ie- I think Oblivion is a console game on a PC, ie - not optimised for PC - Brute force PCs however will suck it up like no 360 can do. Therefore I assume the 360 version cant be optimised as my 'mid range' PC pisses on the 360 version........
Which takes me back to my original comment on the XBOX vs the PCs it was up against at launch time.

Seems like this game never ends i must have put in around 40hrs and i still find stuff to do.Defintely not a bad thing though
Oh who has got the azuras star? (a reuseable soul gem) i find it very very handy.
My only problem so far is more about my PC rig when it gets busy in combat the frame rate takes a dive making fighting very difficult
