yeah they are - i've got up to like 11,000 or something.

although having said that, i played the entire ouendan 1 spinning the spinner and then stopping once i'd reached the top, not knowing that carrying on gives you the bonus points

In easy mode I've got 16'000 at max, hard spinners are worth 4000 points on the average.

Can anyone tell me the name of song/artist from the first half of the final battle?

        I need to have it.

The full track list is here. Shouldn't be too hard to work out what's what.

My copy turned up this morning. I already like it better than EBA (all of the improvements that that game made + better music), though the real test will be whether I end up enjoying it as much as I did the first. So far I've had a few chuckles and I love how you can save replays now, so in any case it seems like a worthy sequel.

            Thanks for the link.

Those replays, by the way, can be used like ghost data so that you can play a 2-player game against yourself. Very cool.

              Another EBA-inspired feature, huh?

My copy arrived this morning too. Didn't take me too long to get to the final stage on 'Normal', a couple of the stages caught me off guard (the ones with 3 men and the one 3 women in need of help).

Fav stages/songs so far: Pop Star, Oh My Julia, and the

Teen Wolf and Bed Wetting stories (last one especially had me chuckling!).

Can't say anything bad about it, I'm gonna be playing this for ages if the first one is any indication (picked it up again last week in anticipation of #2, and finally beat RSG on Hard to unlock the cheerleaders, so I'm still playing #1 after all this time).

The only thing missing is the 'wow' factor of the first one because it was such a great game that seemed to come out of nowhere, and it's not fair to knock a sequel down for that...... It's everything I loved about the original, just streamlined with the little tweaks they added in EBA.

Can't wait to unlock the higher difficulty levels to really get stuck into it

I'm pretty sure that particular feature wasn't in EBA.

                    Could be wrong though.

                      You are wrong.

I think you'll find that the data used when you play VS mode against the CPU in EBA is your saved replay data.

That effectively makes EBA the first to have a "ghost" function.

Has anyone else noticed that the parents in the bed wetting stage are those from the race stage in Ouendan 1? I loved that.

More shouts for 'Oh My Julia'! Good stuff.

I'm going to record that bit where the two high school kids sing their "Ouendan!" cry and use it as a ringtone as soon as I can find my stupid line-in cable...

Anyone else play with the rumble cart in?

Im finding it a brilliant way to learn the beat of certain songs as it pulses every time you hit a marker.

                              Thanks for letting me know!
I just tried it and the vibrate greatly enhances the game!

Wow, never knew that, thanks for the info.

Not that I need it, though. I'm an Ouendan ninja .
