I just started playing this and I'm really impressed just from the bit on the boat at the beginging. The controls feel good, the graphics are very solid and the cutscenes are about as close to a movie this side of MGS.
I've decided to wait for the girl to get home as she'll enjoy the story I think and it'll get us in the mood for Indy in a couple of weeks time!

I beat this in two sittings too. Cracking experience. The characters are all very likeable and good chemistry as mentioned. I didn't buy a PS3 for this game, but I'm glad I did get this with it, superb stuff. 9/10 from me too.

i introduced this lil gem to my mate last weekend and he loved it! He couldnt get used to the shooting element so i jumped on when the shoot outs came on (like every 5 mins) lol. But he enjoyed the platforming and puzzle parts. The game is probably the only PS3 game (apart fromFight Night 3 and GTA4) that i can play over and over again...............

My game of the year last year and still my fave, although GTA 4 is doing a good job indrawing my attention away.........

We should have a relay thread for this Jus so we can all talk about it again lol!

In my eyes this is the best PS3 exclusive game you can buy.

I can't wait for the sequel (apparently due next year as this year we get a new Jak & Daxter )

This game reminds me of something like Resi' 4. In the way that you can complete it fairly quickly, but it's great to pick up and play with some comedy moments and good platforming and shooting.

i just picked this up today and so far i am loving it
The story suck's you in so far i have done 21% of it , the flow of the game seems to me to be very quick so far and only up to my 3rd gun fight , i have to say the game looks stunning

i'm playing this right now while waiting for my MGS4 copy. have to say it's been fun all the way (61&#37 and a must have for every action and adventure fan.

the shoot-outs are nice, the jumping and climbing works flawless and fast, the visuals and character animation here is exquisite. the game somtimes reminds me much of Ico, especially the vistas it provides! the hand-to-hand combat is a little awkward for me, no idea why but sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't.

my only and major complain is that the exploring of the levels is a little too restricted. there's not much climbing and venturing possible alongside the linear path of the game.

Yeah I've been quite enjoying this too. I do find the battles far, far too long and very repetitive but, that aside, it's good fun and I love the colour and the look.

The UK one kept hanging on my JPN PS3. I managed to get as far as the final battle however without realising how far into the game I was. I then sold the PAL one and bought the JPN version to evade the hanging problems only to find that I had exactly 4 minutes of gameplay left to go until completing it.

I should really go back to it I guess, but alas it sits on the shelf along with countless other titles. I've got a lot of free time over the summer coming up so I may have to fire it up once more. It is a decent game, up until the last third of it.

Started this yesterday and on the final chapter now. Beautiful, charming, well-paced and just really entertaining. The gun battles can get on your tits now and then but you can't have everything. My first PS3 game (waiting for my dualshock before MGS4 gets played any more) and it really has been more fun than anything I've played this year, GTAIV included.

It is "just" a videogame - lots of predictable level design, annoying trial-and-error sections, so on - it's nothing particularly innovative or original and it relies way too much on combat versus exploration. Plus the explosion effects are horrifically bad. Other than that I've greatly enjoyed it. I must finish it off, actually - got right up to the final stretch but then MGS4 came along.
