You can let a Max of 10 through.
Not perfected one yet and even letting 1 through gets you silver. Very harsh considering all the rest give you gold easily.

It happens a lot in that area of Venus by the raid start point.

Publics can be easily farmed. Did about 12 today. A few turned up when I was farming mats. They're getting shallow. They're too easy, at least every one except for a few like those checkpoint running villains can be solo'd. Balance is sort of weird there.

I completed Nightfall today. It took us about 30 minutes to do so. Solar and Void are key. We shot the boss from the clifside, synchronizing our Void Rockets on the Minotaur spawns. Ice Breaker Sniper is OP. Auto ammo refill, get out.

The Cryptarch will be patched next week. Legendary will always be a legendary. Downside is that all your hoarded engrams will be turned into Blue after the patch, so use em anyway. I suspect that drop rates will be lowered further. Shards farming will be even harder, as they're legendary class now. On the flip side, Daily, Weekly and Vanguard Tiger will have a possibility of dropping legendary rewards also.

I'm finding this nothing but a chore to play, not fun at all, it just feels painfully repetitive. I don't think I can even be bothered to try and progress any further and I'm only half way as levelled up as you guys.

The campaign is utter ****. I started to like it past level 20 actually. At first the MP kept me in it, which I thought was stupid fun. I also don't really care if I lose in this MP. Perhaps its the reward chance and marks you get anyway.

But playing high level Strikes and Nightfall with friends its were it really shines, adrenaline pumping stuff. Farming together to get combat ready is sort of fun too. Its much quicker and banter during patrols and material collecting really helps. We're like 'what do you need?'. Ok, lets go there.

Done the the weekly Nightfall. Got Universal Remote and a legendary scout rifle. Mate i was with got 9 shards, not to shabby.

Soloed the queens mission on earth and was given another item I don't need that turned into 30 glimmer when dismantled they really have nerfed the queens missions. It seems I won't be getting any ascendant shards anytime soon too, nearly at rank one on the crucible I only have to play another few eve's to get it to rank 2.

How do you solo the queen missions? Mine always match makes mine before entering.

It's gone, ?35 cash from CEX still. Played again last night for a bit and me and my bro in law agreed we were done with it.

Real shame you got rid krov as I think it's gonna be a game that keeps evolving. I really don't think they got the progression right as in games like call of duty and titanfall your always seeing that progression ticker going up, where as in this you could put three nights in and feel like your not get anything meaningfull, but then your vanguard could be slowly increasing or your crucible rank is to. But that's not signposted enough and it really should of been split down more, to feel like your getting somewhere. An evening of crucible with bounty's as I said has brought me within coughing distance of rank one, so I'm quite happy to put a few evenings into this, that way I can afford all the legendary armour I want.

That's not so much the issue for me though, once you're levelled up- what's the point? You need five other like-minded and similar levelled friends all to be on at the same time for long periods throughout a decent number of nights- it's just not viable for me, so regardless of what loot change are made, I still wouldn't be able to see the remaining content.

Never mind though, I'm glad to see others are still enjoying it. I may return in 6 months time when it's evolved into something more.

Me and Rubiq beat the Nightfall strike...he got a legendary shotgun and I got 11 ascendant energies! Boss fight was nice and tense!

Now our characters have steam coming out of their ears!

Beat the Raid today. Its absolutely fantastic if you have a good group. And understandable that Matchmaking isn't there, although people at those high levels generally know what to do and are willing to talk. We managed to beat the boss a slight bit before Enrage mode.

The Nightfall is harder for sure. But the Raid takes longer and is more fun. I got a Legendary Shotgun out of it (bleh, I hate shotties), and Atheon's Epilogue which is a fantastic primary gun for this Raid and anything Void. This baby has Void damage even though its a primary.

how to do earn vanguard rep? I've got loads of vanguard marks but to spend them i have to be rank 2 and i arent even on rank 1
