I thought the 360 only supported halo and halo2 out of the box?

If no updates have ever been done on the 360 , then it probably won't work

Nah its not just you. Shame though as it really looks so clean and sharp onthe 360 . Nnija Gaiden Black looks great onthe 360 but again the frame rate (in this case massive slowdown problems ) let the game down

The update went fine and the single player was working great but to connect to Live it had to update. After this I noticed that the single player missions would not load past 90% and the system just got stuck basically.
I googled but couldn't find anything other than one person mentioning that with the update you can only play online as the single player doesn't work. The only way I got it to work again was to delete the profiles and start anew.

Has anyone else had this problem or tried both online and single player missions? Thanks!
Yeah, had a similar kind of problem with SC:CT, been playing co-op with my bro over the weekend. We made a game save on the Seoul mission, followed by downloading the live update and Nuclear map before leaving it for the night. Came back to it the next morning and the game save wouldn't load past 90%. We then rebooted the 360, only for the games first load screen to get stuck at 90%. After several failed attempts to get it working I went back and deleted all SC content off the HDD and the game ran fine. We both recreated our profiles and played through a couple missions but made a point not to save our game or download any maps. Since then the game hasn't had any problems, the downside being we daren't save our games or download any maps

ah right, where abouts on the marketplace is it?

It's not, it just downloads it when you try to run an XBox game.

Yeah it works, but as mentioned before, it's crippled (as in unplayable) by framerate problems.

                        Is it 720p though?

I missed out on a couple of games from the Xbox days. Namely
                          DOA3
                          Ninja Gaiden Black
                          GTA - San Andreas

And now that they can be picked up for peanuts I was thinking of picking them up. I've seen impressions for Ninja Gaiden, what about the others? Anyone tried them?

                            Monkey Balls - It's just 480p emulated.

Kizzycrew - DoA3 runs amazingly well on Xbox 360, its only 480p, but theres no framerate problems whatsovever, it's the best showcase of the backwards compatibiltity, but with DoA4 out now, why bother?

I wish it would indicate somewhere on the backwards comp list whether or not a game would play in full widescreen mode. I bought 2 original XB titles in the sales yesterday -1 isn't BC yet and the other won't run in HD

IMO, I don't think its worth spending the time to get them working unless they can correctly simulate widescreen.

It says on the box if the game is widescreen or not.

I don't think they can get non widescreened dev'd games to work in widescreen properly
