I reckon I will be picking up a PS3 for this. Not only are the visuals utterly fantastic they are extremley consistant as well. Love it!

No doubt it will get binned out the charts by some rusbbish wii party game like everything else these days, but hopefully it will be a slow burner.

Anyone read this months Edge feature on LBP? They loved it, including the pre-made single player game which most of us thought would be inferior to the level building and creating.

That's a shame but I suppose the levels that get the better ratings from users could be on all servers.

Perhaps if they had the top 100 levels from each region on all the servers or something like that? He does mention that they will be able to move them around so there will possibly be some sort of transfer going on.

Yeah, I'm sure the best levels will be spread across all three regions.

I'm confused as to why they feel this is necessary though. By all means separate the regions in search criteria, but not allowing me to look through, for example, the newest levels created in Japan just seems silly.

I can't imagine storage is an issue either - I assume the only thing that will be stored is positional and referential data? No actual assets, as they're all on the PS3?

EDIT: Someone on GAF has raised a valid point - considering you can co-operatively create levels... what about playing across regions? If you're in a game with people from all three regions, how would the upload work? Hopefully it'll just be tied into the 'master' player (The one who starts the process).

Seriously though if they are region locking what levels you can download then I would presume actually playing online will be region locked too. Just need to wait for that news to filter in soon now.... *sighs*

I will now be waiting for that news now before buying this. So what do we reckon? Locked to the consoles region or games?
