Yeah but to be fair pads are always excessively expensive for what they are, it's an easy money spinner. Like memory cards used to be, I bet they're all gutted they have to issue storage as standard these days.

Although I say that but look at the Vita lol. Sony have always been the overpriced memory card's number one fan.

PLayed on one for the first time min Game today. Only game i could play was the Rayman demo. PLease tell me they had it set up wrong because as the screens scrolled I could see two of everything, like it was interlaced or something. It looked like 60fps in one way and 30fps in another. Really hard to explain. Slight ghosting around static images too so I'm guessing 1080i through component? Anyone know if that sounds right? The TV was a white one with Nintendo branding so I don't know what the actual TV was.

Anyway, that pad is bloody lush and the screen on the controller is fantastic too. I am sorely tempted now. As the initial hype disappeared I found myself saying Ah, I'll leave it but I'm actually quite impressed.

Also, I'm currently playing Trine 2 (on PC with everything on max) and it's a really lovely game. Best looking game ever made bar none so anyone who hasn't played it and in need of more WiiU games should get it.

I had the same issue with Rayman in HMV with demo pod, I just bogged it down to a crappy LCD display on the demo pods. I'm hoping to hear people have no ghosting issues with the demo at home.
Oh and of course the demo pod is about 1ft-2ft away from your face and not the usual 4-9ft you may have at home.

Was very impressed with the screen on the pad two I was thinking this thing was going to be more leapfrog leappad quality than iPad quality. not noticed any ghosting on my wiiu got it on an old 720p Sony panel

Any of you guys had a crash/freeze yet? Mine froze on the loading screen of tank tank tank and required a hard reset

Only had one crash so far and that was during Blops2 and also had to do hard reset. But i have been playing quite a bit so not bad really.

Yes, I've had to hard reset a couple of times using the OS menus.
