Wasn't Mario 64 under development for about 46 years or something? That's why there were no other good N64 games at all (apart from WaveRace) until Starfox 64 was released.
    Kept you waiting, huh?

SF EX3 was utter turd. I don't care about depth. The sea has depth but I can't swim so it's also ****.

All the EX games are pretty crappy when compared to true SF titles.

You've probably never played it properly. Your Zelda shop must have gotten in the way.

I ahh... ilikeSFEX3. 4 characters on screen and its lighting was quite a bit ahead of the Dreamcast.

They're not as good as the 2D games though.

Your PC is better than mine, haha.
I can't keep up. Me and my bro were into PC gaming right before and around the start of the millennium, we would upgrade but it was always a hassle. Then after 2004 or so I discarded PC gaming for good.

Then I happened to have reasonable specs in 2010 but they're dated now, could run Crysis etc until it decided not to work anymore.

But Steam was a very good experience.

For me Steam is clicking something to install - waiting a bit at 3MB/s and then playing. No hassle at all.

As for the state of PCs. I got into PCs around 05 I think, back when IDE and AGP were still fairly relevant. Everything is much easier now. Very few things to have to worry about and basically everything is made to be overclocked so parts are generally far more robust than before.

How much do you need to spend on a PC? Can you get games you get for consoles? Not like COD and stuff, but gamey games.

Gamey games tend to be console exclusives I've found.

I like the idea of those games like Boeing 787 Captain Simulator 5. Where you need eleven keyboards and a ?3000 Yoke controller to play it.

Well yes there are games like that.

Some of the driving sims will have you laughing at how simple Forza/Gran Turismo are too.
