I usually charge ?2.50 to Europe and ?3.00 to America via regular airmail for jewel case games.

Standard airmail includes up to ?30 insurance as long as you obtain a certificate of posting at the time you send the item.

I see. You learn something new everyday.

The proof of posting is still no good for ebay transactions IMO - in the event of a paypal claim, the buyer will get a refund unless you can provide a tracking number.

Exactly... Paypal are only interested in electronic tracking proof should someone dispute an item has arrived. Had this happen to a couple of people I know here, sent items to the US and still got chargeback against them despite having massive evidence they had sent the items off.
