Since Easter, I started to run five miles five times a week and now, as we go into August, I have taken up a perfect route where I can run either seven or ten (and a half) miles due to the countryside having two optional routes for the past month or so.
It has been hard work with a few injuries along the way and a few of those 'I just can't be bothered any more' kind of days but my legs are literally made of titanium now.
So yeah, I guess I am pleased with myself too.
