    Oh, Wikipedia.

      Finally finished it! Yippee!

Since the last upload i've added an extra layer of shading, moved the birds slightly and got rid of the wing mirrors and added the back wheel. Just thought i'd share

*edit: Ha, corrected pretty darn hilarious typo.

Wahey. 2 hours until I start my new job. 17 hours since I woke up.

By my estimations, that's not good!

Good luck. And remember, sleep is for wimps

Just under a month since I posted this and the smell was back last night for the first time - with a vengeance. Man alive, it was really reeking!

But again, only upstairs. How does something that smells so pungent not permate through the whole house and just linger in the front bedroom and on the landing?

I would have put a sniffer dog to shame last night. I must have climbed on, over and under everything and sniffed it (again) to try and figure out what it is.

                  It's a ghost, a smelly one, definitely.

                    Is it mould?

It's far too aromatic to be mould (see previous posting on it - it's like a hot, cloying lavender smell).

At a guess, I'd say that you've something (pot pourri/glade air freshener/bar of soap?) that's been put into either the airring cupboard or fallen behind a radiator or worse, fallen under the floorboards (when they were up for something?) and is getting warmed up by dowstairs lights or radiator/hot water pipes.

Either that or someone has killed my Great Aunt Winn and put her under your floorboards.

                            Granny!? Is that you?!

(In fairness though it can't be my old gran - she's so long gone that she'd definitely be smelling a bit ripe to say the least!).

It's can't be something under the floorboards as they haven't been up in years and years (probably for about 8 or so years now). Heatings been on plenty but it just seems to come and go at really random points.

Last time it happened was last month and then last night out of nowhere. There's the faint wiff of it right now, but nowhere what it was like last night.

I was going to say under the floorboards also, nothing against your sniffer dog skills but can't you determine even which part of the room it's coming from? could be a totally crap suggestion but how about putting a mild air-freshner in certain corners to help eliminate/work things out. That doesn't sound as good on papers as it did in my mind lol.

Have you bled the radiator? don't know how but it's not coming from the water inside the rad is it?

That's the thing - it seems to be everywhere in that room, not just in one part. Makes figuring out the source really difficult.

Haven't tried the radiator - it's a long shot as they're all connected to it should be throughout the house if that was the case. Right now I'll try anything though.

I'm seriously beginning to think my neighbour is growing some sort of exotic drugs or something in his attic space and it's drifting it somehow. As I'm typing this it's starting to drift in to the room again
