I still have a worry everytime I go for a hair cut that the hairdresser will go "EEEEEWWWW Nits!".

I always snigger when football teams are described as having "come from behind" to win.

With rivetting thread titles like that, how could we not subscribe?

That's a very good beer that!

It was lovely. Think I marginally prefer it to the Blue.

I applied for a job at Primark today (lol) and the application form is some proper Professor Layton ****. It's insane.

www.primarkjobs.co.uk, go have a go, it's the first bit you do so you don't need to actually apply! The question about Sam and Bill is amazing as well.

                Anybody been to Boston?

I'm going there for 3 days at the end of the month and 2 of those are free-time. Can anybody recommend some cool things to do or any cool shops that sell games / anime etc?

Quite entertaining. Obviously lots of people have found it entertaining since [email protected] had been registered when I tried it...

Yes, it's one of my favourite cities on the planet. Out of the ones I've been to (which, as it turns out, aren't all that many).

Going for that conference? Unfortunately, I have the worst memory in the world and one of the best places I'd recommend (a hip-hop club with car park rap battles afterwards) was gone last time I was there. There are a few games/imports/anime shops around Cambridge/Harvard but, man, remembering what they're called or where they are will likely be impossible. One is just by Tower (but I think Tower's gone too... man, I am the least helpful person on the planet). Okay, but there are some in Harvard so you could head there and ask some locals, and it's a pretty cool place generally, especially for going out at night, even if it's filled with students (or perhaps because of). Locals will recommend the scorpion bowl.

Aside from that, well, you can do the touristy stuff. Fanueil Hall for food - if you like pizza, Regina's pizza around there is pretty excellent (if it's still there... every time I go, more of my faves vanish). Newbury Street for shopping - pretty good comic shop there called, as it happens, Newbury comics (if it's still there...). There's a pretty cool aquarium.

You know, a memory is coming back to me and Googling the name brings up this which I think is one of the shops in Cambridge - http://www.tokyokid.com/ There is (or was) definitely another close by so (where I bought Japanese SF3 3rd Strike for DC back in the day), if you get there, you could ask if there are others.

Very easy to get around on the underground T.

I use too many brackets and, really, I'm about the least helpful person ever. But Boston is great so I hope you enjoy it.

Man, I should leave my family and move to Boston. If my family read this, I'll take you with me, honest.

Thanks Dogg Thang, I'll check out TokyoKid.

I'm visiting Harmonix as part of a work incentive prize. Luckily, I've always wanted to go to Boston. I'll be out and about looking for evidence of "The Pattern" (one for Fringe fans )

                      Can't wait.

Visit CeX Boston, please! I'm curious as to whether all that water between here and there has an effect on what the U.S stores are like. So far, pretty much all I've got to go by is a ten-minute rant video on Youtube which made it sound a lot like some CeX stores I've been to here.

Thought id enjoy a nice cup of tea before heading off to beddy byes when I realised I had a Krispy Kreme donut in the cupboard that would go very well with said cuppa.

Now I'm bouncing off the Walls with a crazy sugar high but I desperately need sleep as I have a meeting tomorrow!

Similar to Teddy's questions about Boston, is anyone familiar with Chicago? I'm there for work for a few days at the end of October, but also have taken a few extra days to see the sights etc. Any recommendations people could share would be appreciated.

I stopped off in Boston for a day during a road trip around the New England area and the best thing I did was go whale watching. Even in August it was a bit nippy on the boat but once you see these huge whales swimming alongside, breaching and causing huge splashes, it's well worth it.

                                Quite funny.

I've seen a lot worse to be honest though.
