Well, out of desperation, having got the game and found out about Swap Magic the hard way I ordered a Japanese PS2 which was cancelled a week later due to an inability to get stock!!! Now resorted to an Asian one and had a Shipment email this morning so I might get to play next week. It is a slimline one and comes with a UK plug on the lead. I'll probably get a Japanese Swap Magic V3.3 (I have V2 for my PAL one) and at least I'll have a second all region machine. I bought the Japanese Concept 2002 Tokyo-Geneva (the one release of GT on the PS2 I had not got) on the strength of getting a Japanese PS2 as that game won't play with SM either. I'm glad I went that way of the release has been put back. I wonder when the PAL version will finally see the light of day!!

Set the focus away from the car or change the exposure rate to something silly I think, during a photo drive (and once in the photo screen, press 'Select'), it is L1 or L2 combined with up and down. Manual focus is 'Square'.

You won't see the results until you take a photo

Yeah, that's it. Just have to have the car moving and the exposure long. I whacked it through photoshop after that and it looks quite cool. It's at work though so I can't upload it now.

Hee hee, who needs brake discs when you've got a quality motor like this...

Being a member of a number of forums here are some Photo Mode galleries. SOme nice shots in there.

All those courtesy of members of the GTH Forum. I have no idea where that Enzo Ferrari came from.

I can't wait to get into the game (next week I hope).

This one looks like a glowing disk:

On one of the Tangoman pictures there is an Enzo which looks suspiciously real (on Page 3 or 4 I think). Not in the game (officially at any rate and if some of the previous games are anything to go by it could be there but inaccessible by normal means - like the Porsche 911 GT3 in GT3). I have an American GT3 save with the Porsche (all colours) in it. Unfortunately in the PAL release of GT3 the body of the 911 was deleted as were the other F1 cars and the Diablo Racer.

They were measuring up Ferraris on the GT4P video so they could have been put in for DP's benefit before the game was released though after the deletions for the US and PAL on GT3 they may have been more careful with unlicensed cars this time around.
