THe mage is currently around Lvl 2400 or so. I need to finish the next chapters until I can get to the Alternate Netherworld. The thief is now Level 20 on Swords. Needless to say he will be retaining a sword from now on.

Geo changing in the Baal map makes things so much easier - I nearly have enough robosuits for all my main characters now. If it wasn't for Saur mentioning it could be done, I'd still be none the wiser, even with the amount of hours I've put in to this game.

Argh, Statisticans, I knew I was forgetting something! Another 872465235-hour Item World raid tonight, after a real life raid to get my PS2 back. 100+ hours into this game and i'm still pig-ignorant about some of the residents >_< still, i'm having fun all the way, eh?

My only problem at the moment is do I go for another run, and get somewhere near the level you guys are playing at, or do I play one of the PSOne RPGs I'm dying to play. At this rate, senior Lamington will be "skanked so hard!"

I've even managed to pass a few more expensive items things, so my characters can actually have some decent weapons. CoO is a no-go at the moment though, as all the senators hate me when ever I try to pass it. Need to level up more, and do some promotion exams.

Regarding Legend Cosmic Blade -

My friend Mark just told me:
Rare Cosmic Blade @ lv60 (final floor)

Get to this floor, use Mr Gency's exit and save when back in the central hub. Now keep restarting this final floor until a Legendary Cosmic Blade comes up as one of the enemy character's equipment (via character list)

I'm gonna do the same with an Axe tonight

Lengendary Cosmic Blades seem to pop up in higher level items in general (and doesn't seem to be floor biased particularly), though they seem to appear more often in weapons than armor. I'd think the same method would probably work for many items/floors.

yeah it probably does, what saur was saying was jus how i got mine last nite,

i went up thru the item, didnt manage to find one, then upon getting to the last florr, used the mentioned method....

jus quicker than keep powering up different item repeatedly in hopes of finding one..

i guess sometimes like saur was originall with his cosmic blade, one will appear quick, in other cases like mine, it jus took ages.... jus down to luck of the draw really.

All I need then is to find a rare Cosmic Blade. Got a legendary Longinus last night so that may provide one.

I had this Lvl 1300 Class 6 (Biahmut... sounds a bit like beermat... whatever) that I had recruited. I allocated the legendary Lucifer Force I had just levelled to 100 and the attack went up by almost 100,000 for some reason (the attack on the Lucifer Force was nowhere near that). I found 3 other matching rarity items (one of which is at level 100) and the end result is an attack in the region of 180,000. Now all I need to do is find a decent rarity 6 armour (or preferrably an Exodus) that I can level up to 100 (currently has a Mistral Armour) and level up the other item and that will be a serious bit of offensive power I think. I wonder what the stats would be like if I transmigrated it...

I found Rare and Legend Cosmic Blades yesterday in an Accelerator, it's items where the rarety value is very low (like 1 - 10) and the 1st floor enemies are strong (cant remember how strong - around lv170-200 I think)

Found a Legendary Durandal but I needed bonus of 9 to get it - couldnt do it on the map I was on, even after Geo Changing - gotta keep looking!

i'm crying...

i got to the top floor of my cosmic blade yesterday to get my Yo****suna....

but what happened,

my Thief had been killed a couple of floors earlier, and wasnt there to steal the sword....

exited and came back in and NO YO****SUNA.....

i felt sick

anyway kept going back in and still no sign of one... i'm now going up my OTHER legendary cosmic blade to get it ?_?

Heh. I wouldn't feel too bad about it - it's probably a really common mistake to make. Get through your first legendary rank 39 weapon, go to fight the Item King, realise that he's a thousand levels higher than every other character on the floor, flunk your 1% chance of stealing the rank 40, Gency out expecting to be able to try again. My learning experience was fluffing floor 100 of a legendary Longinus. Bye bye Glorious.

I did that on my Longinus. Quit on floor 100. You only get the item once so of course no sign subsequently. I at least restarted until I had at least some items I wanted. I now make a point of saving on Level 99 immediately I get there.

Finally got my legendary Cosmic Blade tonight. I have another Longinus for a Glorius now. Have the legendary Artemis bow (acouple in fact). Got a legendary Infernal gun tonight as well. The Cosmic Blade and Infernal Gun were from my second Super Robo Suit. I now have that saved at Floor 99 ready for tomorrow (if i can wait that long). The Item God 2 on the first SRS was very disappointing. He could only muster a 60K hit having relieved him of his goodies without a problem.

Finished alternate Netherworld and Beauty Castle plus of course Baal Castle. All were easy (c. Lvl 3000 Mage). Baal was the only slight challenge but I kept distracting him. Tried the Uber Prinny a couiple of times but gave up. He was easy enough to relieve of items and then throwing him down homebase got him to 0 SP but he was too strong on his normal attack.

With the Super Robo Suit (same number as the other Mage items other than a stafff and she is strong... c. 700K per hit) I hope to do better, especially with my thief equipped with the other SRS. The mage now has around 340,000 HP and 420,000+ INT!!

Why am I having an easy time relieving the high level enemies of items? The 99% chance helps a huge amount. I went into grim determintation mode Friday I think it was and got my Space Pirate way... way up on levels. He is currently at around Lvl 5800. Took ages but it is a doddle to relieve any enemy of their items. Now especially with him using the Hyperdrive. Just need to strengthen him up a bit with matching items, preferrably with some levelling. Its so nice to go to Baal Castle the second time and have a 99% (pretty much a certainty) of relieving Uber Prinny of all his items.

I seem to be making a large collection of legendary armour items so I hope I can suitably equip my thief.

I had a Disgaea filled weekend and finally got myself a Yo****suna which is currently languishing at level 70. Yet even after 187 hours I still have two more game endings to see (Mid Boss and Etna endings). What's more the game is still fun. Actually, I suppose there is still more to do, as I haven't got all the uber weapons from the different classes yet.

To Do:

Get Glorious spear
Get Galaxy bow
Get Ultimus fist
Get Etoile gun
Get Apocalypse axe
Get Galactic and Omniscient staffs

With the warehouse now I'm only collecting rare and legendary items, most of the normal items except for some of the more powerful weapons have been sold off. There doesn't seem much point in keeping them.

It's a shame that the hyper drive won't let you go to a portal in item world, it would make reaching the bottom of them so much quicker.

With a few lvl 9999 Surts, armed with Nemesis Mk-II and prinny suits, they kick some major butt. I highly recommend you get some
