Inferno III is just impossible. The triple ramps killed me and I used all my faults.

That's really the hardest part. Get over them and the rest isn't too bad

Maaan, on my first two attempts at Inferno III, I didn't get past those triple ramps until, like, the 29 minute mark both times.

Got past it early on my third attempt at the track, though, and the rest wasn't so bad.

(He says with a couple of hundred faults).

For me, one of the most painful tasks in the game was getting Gold on Gigatrack - there was no way I was going to let a Silver medal sit in the medium category! The checkpoint spread makes it a nightmare to beat the target time.

Most satisfying moment so far was getting the Unyielding II achievement. When I finally reached that final jump and hammered the throttle after the better part of an hour painstakingly learning how to do every section without shifting posture, it was a real yesssss moment.

Anyone else having problems connecting to multiplayer games? It takes ages or is non-existant!

Yeah I have been having problems too. Only managed to get one game so far and that was the one I posted about the other day

I managed 3 games last night before it gave up again. Even then it was slow to find them.

Is it easy to link up with friends on this and race alongside each other?

Yeah, getting games set up with friends is really quick and easy. It's just the random ones that take ages. There are sliders to make it quicker though, you can choose a balance between skill matching and it being quicker.

I seem to have bought this. I'll try and only play it for 23 hours a day. I've set a fast time on one of the beginner tracks to get you guys started.

Well I finally managed to complete The Wreck and Inferno III today. Really it hasn't taken me that long, only had the game since Friday and I'm already done with the levels, bar getting gold medals. The triple ramp and the obstacle at the end of Wreck are by far the hardest areas in the game.

Very addictive game, love the medal system so u can just unlock stuff then go back for golds. Tracks built in are wonderful and can see me dipping in and out with this like Pacman CE and my shmups for a very long time. Had a flashback to Kickstart to C64 tonight

Triple incline on inferno and the scoreboard jump on dark city i found the hardest parts.
Found the wreck quite easy, with the last jump over the box i found it better to roll back a bit from the checkpoint then full throttle over the jump then bunnyhop straight away, usually gets me over in 1 or 2 trys

I think everyone has there own strengths, I'm not so good at bunny hops but I found the scoreboard fairly simple.

Wait a sec.....40/400G.
I looked at that and literally forgot they had increased the achievement limit, was like WHAT!?

Played it for few hours other night, just SO DAMN addictive. Retrying for gold over and over and it's so satisfying when you land a big jump spot on and get the momentum.

im stuck on the wreck, just cannot make it past the short tiny ramp on box with a oil drum on its side ontop, i can just about get onto it 1/6 tries but i can for the life of me make it from the drum to the the ramp below, started that bit with 127 tries used and used up all 500... so god damn rage inducing.

Scoreboard took some doing as well, manage to do it with a full run up, front flip which sticks the landing harder to get the traction up and over the scoreboard.
