I imagine most of the work went into titles like Doom 3, and the other questionable stuff like Zapper just happened to work.
Still, only Silent Hill 4 and Fatal Frame save this list from being anything but dire, imo. Not to sound ungrateful or anything, but...
Wonder how much of that will make it to Europe? I think European backward compat. is still a good hundred below the US one ain't it? Bizzare, surely the code is nearly identical?Comment

I agree on Fatal Frame and Silent Hill 4. Good to see those. I?m happy at least to see one of the Ralisport titles on there as well though I?d rather it were the sequel. I did look at it and initial impressions were somewhat disappointing, but those three, plus Doom3 and Lego Star Wars make it fairly appealing to me. Truly. I'd be thrilled to eventually see Otogi 2, Jet Set Radio Future, Outrun 2 and Coast 2 Coast, Panzer Dragoon Orta make the list. I hope they do one day.the lack of anything Sega is depressing
Of the non-Sega titles I'd still love to see Psychonauts and Stranger's Wrath get compatibility eventually. And now that we have 'The Room' I really hope Silent Hill 2 is not far behind.

I think its going to be a loooooooong time before the backwards compatability is complete, although at least it gives you something to look forward to I guess. A new infusion of old xbox games every few months.Comment

Didn't know an update was out today, and put in Flatout for a quick whirl, and surprised when I was prompted to update. Was getting very excited of the idea of smashing up cars in HiDef, but to my dismay, Flatout isn't supported by 60hz.
WTF?! Back to Xbox then
