Get 'Has Been' it is legendary. Even has Henry Rollins on it.

Its semi autobiographical as he has a song on there about coming home and finding his wife dead in the swimming pool.

    Great album though, really is.

Both albums are really chilled out, laid-back listening.

        Yup, Yup, Yup.

Block Control, Monster, Subdue, Sandworm, Diplidocus etc etc

Easily my favourite DnB/Electronica artist other than The Prodigy. They are absolutely insane.

Check out their FabricLive Mix (number 40) It's superbative. Noisia have an album due this year and it's about time too, I don't any other artist which has so many AAA singles released without an album.

I'm absolutely addicted to Elbow at the moment. I had heard their stuff here and there, but have only recently got the new album... and now i consider myself completely and utterly gripped. I've gone back and downloaded (from itunes, i'm being good) pretty much all their older stuff now and love it

          - Alongside Elbow i'm enjoying my usual favourites, most notably Damien Rice. Adore his work, at the moment i'm listening to his fantastic "Making Noise" and next up is "Me, My Yoke and I"

Now you can download it from somewhere where you can get a decent bit rate with a clear conscience

The first album is still my favourite, love it so much.

Went to see Howling Bells in Liverpool the other night. They were good, but the 2nd support act, The Joy Formidable, were absolutely amazing. I bought the album off the singer afterwards, and it's seriously one of the best albums I've heard for years.

I'm always shocked when I walk into a shop to see they've released something new, I always seem to end up buying it too which is worrying!

Slightly late shift at work so we stuck on The Lonely Island by Incredibad. Like Flight of the Concords but with a fair bit more swearing! "I'm on a boat" indeed.

                Hi-la-ri-ous.

Also got the new Morning Musume album (thanks Shakey Jake) and am just about to start going through that. Fingers crossed.

I actually quite like that new GLC track!

Been listening to the new Super Furry's Album. One of my favourite bands so I was bound to love it, but it really is the tits.

So many good albums on the way. MF Doom's is out monday, and the Yeah Yeah Yeah's one is out pretty soon I'm sure. Expensive times.

i'm about to enter the world of Dead Mau5 thanks to GTA Chinatown Wars reminding me that Annie Nightingale played it on one of her mixes the other week.

I'm very hard to please when it comes to music, especially electronica. We'll see how it goes.

add note: turns out, I quite the album titled 'Random Album Title'

It treads the line very carefully of being very pop-trance but actually stays the right side of it. It might be because of the sun sunshining and the fact it reminds me of wipeout 2097 that i'm enjoying it, but that's all that matters

On my way to work listening to 'Kokuhaku' by Chatmonchy - a 3 piece Japanese group. Really good album kind of rocky but also quite relaxing at the same time.

Also 'Square the Circle' by Quattro - they're the support band from the Feeder gig I went to on holiday. Awesome stuff. Their bassist is ker-azy!!!

                          Going Underground by The Jam

A truly great song, but I always find myself mixing the lyrics with those of the London Underground song. Damn thing!

Noel Gallagher - The Dreams we have as Children

Basically a recording of his TCT set from a few years back. Acoustic-driven, with a fair smattering of classic B-sides and tracks from the early Oasis days. Highlight is a brilliant cover version of 'There is a light that never goes out' by The Smiths.

Various - Dark was the Night

Indie/folk-ish compilation, proceeds to help raise HIV awareness. Not 100% to my tastes, but there is some really good stuff on there to chill down to.

Whatever happened to Talk Talk? They released some of my favourites singles in the 1980s but seemed to disappear off the face of the earth in the early '90s. If Spandau Ballet, the poster boys of Thatcherism can coin it in by reforming, it'd be nice to get the chance to see these fellas live again. Always thought they were massively underappreciated.

Listening to Feed Me - Raw Chicken

It's Spor's alternate sound which is electro. It's absoluely incredible but he's only got about 4 tunes so far.
