People calling my manager for every single teeny tiny f**king support case. Bunch of bloody babies, the lot of them. He starts thinking I'm not doing any work when in reality they're just side-stepping me completely because they think they're special and their problems = instant escalation.

I just make them wait extra long for support if the call is from my manager, now. I've also told him to not tell me about an issue until 24 hours later for anything that isn't an emergency. It worked for a while but they've started again and he's on holiday so he gets even more annoyed at receiving calls.

      My eyes/M&S lighting:

Bought a bag of fruit pastilles from M&S just now and was all smug because it was mostly blackcurrant ones. Just got back to the office and it's actually mostly lime

Isn't NATO obligated to take them out in order to protect the civilians (it seems pretty likely that the rebels would attack civilian targets if it meant also getting pro-Gaddafi forces)? Or have they given up the pretence that they're there to protect the bystanders rather than to force regieme change?
Yeah I saw some evidence on the news last night too. We all know why NATO gets involved in all of this b0ll0cks but I personally think that we shouldnt get involved in any other countries civil wars. Its got nothing to do with us. Leave them fight their own battles. If enough ppl want change in their country then if they rise up against they can do it themselves rather than depending on outside help all the bloody time

We've left Syria to get on with it, at least

Helped someone move house this afternoon. I ended up doing just as much work if not more than the removal guys. They got a tip - I got nothing.

For the last half century or so, Western intervention in civil wars and internal conflicts hasn't exactly got a great track record. As far as I'm aware, the 'best' example is Korea where there's now a situation where half the country is starving and the other half could have their capitol flattened in minutes by an artillary line so vast it'd be near impossible to knock out before they could get a shot off.

Time and time again we've supported noble rulers leading 'the people' against dictators only for them to either the same (meaning the bloodshed was a waste of life) or worse.

I look at the rebels and they're clearly poorly disciplined and trained (I could hold an AK-47 better than these people and I've never held a gun in my life) and from rural areas in a region not well known for tolerance and liberal values and it makes me shudder.

Current reports are suggesting that it's a pretty awful time to be a black person in Tripoli (if you're black then you're clearly a Gaddaffi mercenary!!!) and I imagine there will be lots of civil servants who are terrified about what could happen to them.

And the little b'stards pushing in on a free dodgem car ride today (in front of me and my little boy). And the chav git who was screaming his head off to impress his 'ho'.

I'm so close to just dealing out the justice to chav's now it's worrying me. I literally want to beat down any gobby chav, and take on any of his mates.

Fingers being faster than brain. I wanted to type "forget," just now, and got as far as "for" before my fingers went "OH! He must want to type 'forever!'" and I'd typed it before my brain could even catch up.

Behaviour ALWAYS comes out as behavious. Van Persie almost always gets typed as Van Persia. Damn fingers.

Again something that I too noticed. Firing from the hip, causually firing their weapons as if their just spraying them bullets everywhere. Too many Hollywood movie influences I think. No plan of action, no order, no carefully conserving ammo, no idea what theyre doing really.
I'm also very sceptical of this announcement that was made by Rebels on Monday regarding the capture of Gaddafis sons, only for 1 of them to then show his face clearly not captured. I wonder if it was a deceptive way of dragging in NATO forces in under false pretences to unknowingly finish the job for them?

The Scottish parliament should also be ashamed of releasing Megrahi too.

Double packs when you buy films. I'm buying a blu ray, why the hell do I need the DVD version with it as well? Just an utter waste.

Lol I would gladly help if you was local to me.
All it takes is a thankyou at the end and money for a takeaway but I guess the people I helped aren't worth the bother in future.
