Shop staff who seem reluctant to do their job.
Went into gamestation with a clear out of my games shelf to trade in and listened as he reeled off a list of trade ins for ?2.50.
?56 in total, went to have a look at their selection and checked HMV's trade in prices whilst I was browsing. The 3 games I chose at random were all double what I'd been quoted.
'you still price match trade ins here?'
